Set a course for Australia. The oversensitive cowards in their government can't stand violence. You should have no problem conquering them especially since they tried to ban the tournaments in their country.
Do us and all of the tournament fans there a favor once they are fully subjugated. Issue a decree that all those crybaby former government officials are to be desensitized under penalty of being forced to if they refuse.
Morals are a human luxury. Given the proper environment and conditions, those morals will disappear. Break their wills down and reshape their views. Take them to the Ministry of Love and "help" them understand the Love and kinship formed in the heat of kombat. Do not hesitate to use Room 101 on them.
Don't let any of them die though. Desensitize them, not execute them. We are not killers.
But if all else fails, then throw them into the arena with some weapons and armor. Let their natural fight or flight response decide their fate. But make sure that they cannot die. Revive them and repeat until they learn that their so called morals will get them nowhere in this world. As for their families, capture them and turn them into gladiators that must fight for their freedom.
